With the 2019 harvest, all bottled products will be certified SQNPI (National Integrated Production Quality System) throughout the production chain. In fact CastellAlta is part of the first 40 companies to Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG who have adhered to the certification system promoted by the Consortium of Protection, which, let us remember, follows much more restrictive rules as a result of local provisions on interventions in the vineyard that producers are obliged to follow. Our production is of the highest quality, the vineyards are located in the hills on the highest parts between 200 and 250 meters above the level of the sea.
