Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Looking at historical documents, we managed to reconfigure some place names of our area of production. Infact, Vigna a Ronco is the old name of the vineyard in which nowadays we produce our Prosecco Superiore DOCG, once owned by Fabris Domenico q. Cristoforo.
It is a sparkling wine of good facility and excellent balance by taste and it has got a smart nuance that it is persistent but not so intrusive.
Inside it you can smell the fragrance of apple and spices of an excellent flavour.
It is supposed to be served fresh and in meals it goes great with the typical venetian tradition such as fish, white meat, cold cuts.
It is excellent to go with dessert and aperitif.
